Friends of Northwest PTO - Middle School Friendsgiving Dance Ticket

Admission for 1 to the Middle School Dance. 7th & 8th grade NWSA students only.

CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE:
With the purchase of this ticket, parents and students expressly agree to the following:

I give my child permission to attend the dance.
The dance ends promptly at 8:00 PM. I will be there to pick up my child on time.
Students will not be permitted to attend if they receive two or more lunch detentions (first block tardies do not count), 1 or more blocks of CARE (ISS) or any Out of School Suspension.*
Students are bound by the CMS Code of Conduct.
This purchase is non-refundable unless the event is cancelled.

*The MS behavioral contract resets every quarter, therefore, anyone receiving the above consequences on or after the start of the quarter on November 1, will not be allowed to participate in the dance. Parents will be notified via Parent Square if and when their student becomes ineligible for the dance.
